Professional profile:
I obtained my undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Engineering from MIT, Ethiopia, and completed a Master of Engineering in Medical IT Convergence Engineering at KIT, South Korea. With a professional journey that includes three years as a software engineer and four years as a lecturer and Data Scientist, I am actively involved in the field of Digital Health. I took on the role of technical lead in the Virus Outbreak Data Network (VODAN) Africa, an initiative dedicated to addressing the impact of COVID-19 for the past four years. My interests extend to cutting-edge technologies such as the semantic web, data science, and the application of AI in healthcare.
