Fellowship Profiles:
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics (focus on Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Business Strategy or similar) or technical degree with relation to Technical Consumer Goods.
Professional Experience:
- Experience in marketing and/or sales within the automotive (or similar) sector
- building up and development of new or existing product ranges
- Development of new business, marketing strategy or market controlling
Country Focus:
- Morocco / Egypt / South Africa:
- After the Fellowship in Karlsruhe (Germany), it is envisioned to enter into a permanent employment in one of our Mobility Aftermarket locations in Morocco (Casablanca), Egypt (Cairo) or South Africa (Johannesburg), with Johannesburg being the preferred location.
- Please note: Due to visa restrictions, applications can only be considered from nationals of Morocco, Egypt, or South Africa, or from individuals who already have the legal right to reside and work in one of these countries. Education:
- Bachelor or Master in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, ideally with additional knowledge / degree in business administration related aspects
Professional Experience:
- Ability and ideally experience in deriving requirements from technical regulation
- Technical project management and task tracking
Country Focus:
- Preferred nationalities due to BSH Home Appliances’ current focus countries in Africa:
South Africa or Egypt
Education:
- Master’s degree in economics, management, or engineering (focus on industrial products and manufacturing, sales, business
development, business strategy or similar).
Professional Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in marketing, sales, business development, or technical roles within a B2B or industrial environment.
- Experience supporting market research, customer analysis, or competitive intelligence activities.
- Initial exposure to industrial products, technical solutions, or engineering-driven environments.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, sales, engineering, service).
- Experience operating in multicultural or international work environments.
- French and English, spoken and written on a professional level; Arabic and German is a plus
Country Focus:
- Morocco / South Africa: After the Fellowship in Germany, it is envisioned to enter into a permanent employment in one of our BOSCH INDUSTRIAL HEAT locations in Morocco (Casablanca), or South Africa (Johannesburg), with Morocco being the preferred location.
