Mary Immaculate is a dynamic Communications and Events professional with over 10 years of experience across stakeholder engagement, media support, and customer experience. She has implemented communication strategies, content creation, and storytelling for corporate and impact-focused organisations, including Agile Storytelling and Customer Experience Impact stories at Safaricom PLC. Her work spans corporate communication, digital content, event coordination and customer experience support. She is also an events moderator, mental health advocate and community leader, having founded Accountability Sisters to support women through mentorship and wellness programmes. Currently pursuing a Diploma in Counselling Psychology, she is passionate about impactful communication and using storytelling to drive social change across Africa and build brands with global impact.
